Access your Tnc-me.com account from multiple devices with your secure login. When you first log-in, you will be directed to your account dashboard or My Account. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage subscriptions, shipping and billing addresses, payment methods, wishlists, and edit your password and account details.

Lost Password

To reset your password, please click here. You will be asked to enter your username or account email address. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder first, then contact customer service.

Change Password

To change your password, please visit your account details page. For security reasons, we require passwords to be strong by using a combination of uppercase, lowercase, and special characters (e.g. Welcome@Adam).

Change Email Address

To change your email address, please visit your your account details page and enter your new email address.

Edit Your Name

To edit or change your profile first / last name, please visit your your account details page.

Edit Your Billing or Shipping Address

To edit your addresses on file, please click the Addresses link. On the Addresses page, click edit next to the billing or shipping address you wish to edit.

Does this replace my Intuit Account?

No. Tnc-me.com is a different website and service from Intuit. Any QuickBooks products you buy from TNC will still be available within your Intuit account.

Billing & Payments

To check the products that you have purchased, visit the My Orders page listed under the My Account drop down menu or on your Account Dashboard.

Secure Card Transactions

When you complete a payment transaction at Tnc-me.com, your card information is secure. We use the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all card numbers. To protect against hackers or other unauthorized access, firewalls and other security measures protect our servers. Any card or personal information you give us is kept in a secure database server at all times.

Viewing and Printing Invoices

To ensure the privacy of member information, your billing history is available for review when you’re logged into your account. To view your billing history or print a receipt:

  • Sign in to your account
  • Go to your account dashboard
  • Click on the orders link
  • Click the View Invoice button for the order you wish to view
  • To print the invoice, click the Print button in the top left corner

Updating Billing Information

To change your billing address, log into your account and click the addresses link. Next, click edit next to your billing address.

Intuit Subscriptions

Some Intuit products, such as QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks Online, Intuit Payroll, or Intuit Field Service Management purchased via Tnc-me.com will be billed directly by Intuit and will not be visible within your Tnc-me.com account. If you need help regarding an Intuit subscription product, please contact TNC customer service.

Orders

Order History

To view your order history, click the Orders link on your account dashboard page. On the orders page, click the view button next to the order you wish to view. If you don’t see an order you are looking for, please contact customer service.

Order Status

To track the status of a pending order, please click the Track Orders link.

Click the Login / Register link at the top right hand of our website then enter your email address and a strong password.

Can I sign up for partner account?

Of course! We have a couple of different options. You can either sign up as a TNC Partner or a TNC Affiliate. A partner typically buys products from us, then resells them to their clients. An affiliate typically just refers prospective customers to our website via an affiliate URL. For more information or to sign up as a partner, please contact us.
